Website access and assistance
D&L works to make website information and service-request paths usable across common devices, input methods, and assistive technologies. If a barrier prevents access, tell us what happened so we can help.

Accessibility is part of design, development, content, and testing work. The website uses semantic HTML, accessible names, heading structure, contrast rules, and reduced-motion support where applicable. Standards and browser behavior continue to change, so this work is reviewed as the site changes.
Navigation, links, controls, dialogs, and forms are reviewed for keyboard operation and visible focus.
The design system defines paired foreground and background colors, responsive type, and layouts intended to remain readable as the viewport changes.
Forms use labels, field instructions, autocomplete where appropriate, and error messages that identify what needs attention.
Public pages are designed for phone, tablet, and desktop widths with touch targets sized for practical use.
Include the page address, the task you were trying to complete, the device or browser, and the assistive technology involved if you are comfortable sharing it. Do not include sensitive medical information.
Third-party booking, mapping, payment, or communication tools may have their own accessibility support. D&L can help identify another contact or service-request path when one is available.
