Product Returns
At D&L Garage Doors, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:
New, Unused Products
New and unused products may be returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. The product must be in its original packaging, in new condition, and include all original parts, accessories, and documentation.
Special Order Items
Custom or special order items, including custom-sized doors and custom-designed hardware, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please inspect these items carefully upon delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items
If a product arrives damaged or is found to be defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or repair under our warranty policy.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Restocking Fees
A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items that are not damaged or defective. This fee helps cover the costs of inspection, repackaging, and inventory management.
Service Cancellations
If you need to cancel a scheduled service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. For installations or major repairs that have been scheduled and materials ordered, cancellation fees may apply to cover the costs of ordered materials and scheduled labor.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our workmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with our services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 7 days of service completion, and we will make it right.
How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging if available.
- Include a copy of your receipt and the RMA number.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
