Standard Warranty Coverage

All of our installations and repairs come with the following standard warranty coverage:

  • Labor: 90-day warranty on all service and repair work
  • Parts: Manufacturer's warranty (typically 1-3 years depending on the part)
  • New Doors: Manufacturer's warranty (typically 1-3 years depending on the model)
  • Openers: Manufacturer's warranty (typically 1-5 years depending on the model)

Extended Warranty Options

Silver Protection Plan

Coverage Period: 2 Years

Includes:

  • Extended labor warranty for repairs
  • Annual maintenance inspection
  • Priority scheduling for service calls
  • 10% discount on additional repairs not covered by warranty

Gold Protection Plan

Coverage Period: 3 Years

Includes:

  • All Silver Plan benefits
  • Semi-annual maintenance inspections
  • Parts replacement for normal wear and tear
  • 15% discount on additional repairs not covered by warranty
  • Emergency service priority

Platinum Protection Plan

Coverage Period: 5 Years

Includes:

  • All Gold Plan benefits
  • Quarterly maintenance inspections
  • Complete parts and labor coverage
  • 20% discount on upgrades and accessories
  • 24/7 emergency service with guaranteed 2-hour response time
  • Transferable warranty if you sell your home

What's Covered

Our extended warranty plans cover the following components and issues:

  • Springs
  • Cables
  • Rollers
  • Hinges
  • Track
  • Opener motor
  • Circuit boards
  • Remote controls
  • Safety sensors
  • Weather seals

What's Not Covered

The following are generally not covered under our extended warranty plans:

  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or abuse
  • Acts of nature (floods, fires, etc.)
  • Cosmetic issues that don't affect functionality
  • Modifications made by unauthorized personnel
  • Normal wear and tear (except in Gold and Platinum plans)

How to Purchase

Extended warranty plans can be purchased at the time of installation or within 30 days of service. To purchase an extended warranty plan, contact our office or speak with your service technician.

How to File a Claim

To file a warranty claim, simply:

  1. Contact our service department
  2. Provide your warranty information and describe the issue
  3. Schedule a service appointment
  4. Our technician will verify warranty coverage and perform the necessary repairs
