How do I choose the right C.H.I. document?

Start with the model label, original invoice, and door construction. A collection brochure can cover several panel, glazing, and insulation options. Match the exact configuration before using a specification or ordering a section.

Is a brochure the same as an installation manual?

No. A brochure describes product choices; an owner guide covers operation and routine checks. Installation and service documents cover equipment setup. Use the document intended for your task, and have spring, cable, structural, and powered-door work assessed by a qualified technician.

Why do some links open a support page instead of a PDF?

Manufacturers may offer multiple languages, revisions, or downloads on one support page. We label those destinations as manufacturer support rather than calling them PDFs. Select the document that matches your equipment on that page.

Does this include every C.H.I. model ever sold?

No. This catalog covers records found in the listed official sources. Historical regional variants, accessories, and restricted downloads may be absent. A record is not a statement of current stock, warranty coverage, or replacement-part compatibility.
